[PS5] Once the ‘ ready to play ‘ 60gb threshold has been met, can I start actually playing the game?

Currently downloading but it’s 6:30am and I’m yet to sleep. Wondering if waiting up the next couple hours to wait for this 60gb to download is worth it.. cheers!
