June Writing Contest - Missed Opportunities | Results & Recap!

It's a metaphor.

Hello all! First of all, sorry for the late post; the judges and I were a bit busy this week and took a bit longer to read through everyone's stories. Anyway, bit of a different theme this time; I hope it got people to think outside the box a bit and tell something a bit new. As always, I'm intrigued by the different ways people interpreted this theme. Onward; let's see the stories...

Thanks to all for another fun and engaging contest! We have mystery and secrets, forgotten pasts, weird adventures, and what-ifs. Always good to explore the many stories this world has to offer!

July's contest will be held the first weekend of the month: July 2-3. Hope to see everyone there! While I'm from the Northwest where it's been rather cold this season, summer should be in full swing by then - time for fun in the sun, and hopefully a refreshing time as well.
