hELP build my characters

Soo, i'm starting to fall behing on damage. I've been maxing all the traces of my characters and not relying a lot on relics but now i guess it's time

Who should i build first my Dps or support, and who even star or wich relic

My current two teams are

Rappa, Lingsha, March 7 Hunt (I'm pulling for Fu Gue) and HMC

Acheron, Pela, Aventurine, Sampo (Jiaoqiu rerun when also i have Guinaifein but Sampo has a place in my heart?

And for Sunday i currently don't have any use, for now i don't want to pull for Aglaea
