Are spoos stronger than goldens?

Out of curiosity (and because I am daydreaming sometimes of a second dog) technically which breed is stronger? Does it always means heavier dog = stronger? Because often I think my spoo is way stronger and athletic than some other dogs which are heavier than him.. 😵‍💫 . For example will a female golden 65lbs (29kg) will have the same strength (scenario: pulling the leash if a squirrel appears 😁) as a male poodle who weights the same? . Maybe some of you have both breeds or have taken care of a golden..?
