LRA Property's In St. Louis Questions
I've heard of the Land Reutilization Authority before and that the organization's purpose is to sell the abandoned properties that are owned by the organization to people who have plans setup to fix-up and renovate them to help promote progress in certain communities.
Has anyone had any experience with this? It seems like a great way to get into real estate if you are interested in learning/already have expertise in renovating old properties. I'd love to hear any important information about it, any opinions on it, and if anyone has done work with it before!
