College Scholarship for Track

I am a senior and I have started working on my college applications. One of the schools that I want to go to is UC Berkeley, mainly for their computer science program. With my current academic profile and extracurriculars, I'm worried that I won't be accepted to the school (I have a 4.9 GPA, but my ECs aren't that strong). My 100m time is an 11.01, and their recruitment and scholarship times are 10.80 and 10.60 respectively. I believe that in my senior season, I will achieve a time somewhere within this range, but it will be later into the season. Can they still recruit/award me a scholarship that late into the season? Like May-ish?
