Visa vignette received - dates

Hi everyone! Exciting news we got the passport back and my partner's application was approved (all within one month with priority). No email of the decision or letter has been provided yet. However, the visa is valid from the 22nd and we are flying to the UK on the 21st and I am wondering if my partner will not be permitted to board or entry? What do you think. Thanks a lot :)
