Friendly reminder that Karen (the AI voice in Peter's suit) died in FFH.
Aunt May put the Stark suit in Peter's suitcase. Peter's luggage was on the tour bus that Mysterio blew up on London bridge, leading to the destruction of Peter's suit, Uncle Ben's suitcase (read the initials), and Karen.
You could argue that Karen was hosted server side and could hop between suits like Jarvis or Friday, but considering that the AI could be unlocked just by removing the training wheel protocols without hacking Stark Industries main servers, I doubt that was the case. Karen was probably directly stored on the suit's hard drive. Adding to that, she wasn't exactly a popular aspect of the previous film, so I assume this is the writer's way of writing her out of the narrative.
A previous version probably exists on Stark's databases, but that's not Karen. She wouldn't have the memories of fighting Vulture and Thanos, the weird obsession of shipping Peter and Liz, or even her name. (Remember that Peter named her.)
Funniest part of all of this was that Peter didn't even USE the suit after his euro trip. He fought in Venice in a opera mask, he wore the stealth suit in Prague and Berlin, and made a new suit for London. Aunt May unwittingly sent Karen to her death and it didn't even help anyone. Lol. Lmao even.
