Hi everyone, need some spell suggestions for a noise problem I've got.

At my apartment block, there's a groundskeeper who's very enthusiastic about using his leafblower at 7am for about two hours without actually moving any leaves. He comes twice a week & is the ire of everyone who lives here; we've all had some kind of unpleasant encounter with him. Having a disgruntled groundskeeper is fine, but it's the roaring leafblower every Monday & Thursday that's really starting to grind my gears. Does anyone have any spell ideas on how to break the leafblower/get him to change his routine/something similar? Thanks!
