Did anyone catch what Taylor said about Bailey?

When Shep showed up to Whitney’s party, Taylor said “I can tell Bailey’s back in town”, bc Shep had a haircut and I guess cleaned up.
Shep is 100% infatuated with Bailey, and it’s clear that Taylor knows this, and probably did for a portion of their relationship. Makes me wonder if Shep and Bailey didn’t have a flirtation during Shep and Taylor’s relationship too.
Just thought it was an interesting comment.
