Lawry’s Meat and Seafood: Good Quality?
Hi everyone, I recently purchased some sockeye salmon from Lawry’s last week. I couldn’t BELIEVE how cheap it was. 7 filets for $11? That almost sounds too good to be true. When I defrosted the salmon is seemed good quality, not a bad smell, pink, not super squishy, but as I was cooking it, it fell apart. Is this normal for sockeye salmon or is the quality poor? I’ve always just gotten regular wild caught salmon so maybe it’s because sockeye has less fat? Let me know if you’ve ever eaten their seafood! Thanks :)
