Apple cider loaf 🍎

First attempt at an apple cider loaf. 325g apple cider 500g bread flour 125g starter 12g salt At lamination, I added a cup of apples that I had reduced on the stove (splash of cider, brown sugar and cinnamon). Chopped pecans and mini caramel bits. Shaping was tricky but managed ok. Cold proof in fridge overnight. Preheated DO to 500, baked lid on at 450 for 35 min, uncovered for 20.
