Help please

How can I fix this? (Please see photo) Or is it even still repairable? Please, it's so expensive (for me) and I'm so surprised it could just break so easily 😓

It's my Sony ULT WEAR. I'm always very careful when wearing this and don't really stretch it too much when fitting it on my head, but awhile ago I forgot I was wearing a hair band and when I was about to put these on, it snapped 😭

I know it's not really technical or anything like that but maybe someone can help? Don't really know if I can just glue it back on lol. TYIA!
