WF-1000XM5 worth it in 2024?

Is the WF-1000XM5 still worth it? I’m planning to upgrade my earbuds. I don’t see many complaints about the WF-1000XM5 except for connection issues (which were somewhat resolved with a firmware update?).

How do you all feel about the XM5 after a year or so of use? And what do you think about the glossy finish?
