Fixing Jersey

Bought this Napoli Commemorative Maradona jersey from Classic Football Shirts when i was in London 3 years ago. Whenever this was washed the Kappa logos began to peel off the jersey and i was washing them on a low temperature inside out. This jersey also isn’t fake as Classic Football Shirts are authentic. Just wondering is there any way to permanently fix this or am I screwed?
