A license physical exam

I sometimes see people talking about A license and stuff(aka theoretical exam). I never saw anyone talking about a physical exam and it got me wondering: do other countries not require any type of physical exam? In my country you need to pass a pretty challenging physical exam and the training is difficult. Due to the fact i see no one talking about their accomplishments/training despite the effort it requires, it got me thinking that other countries may not require this exam. Now I'm asking you for your help in awnsering this curiosity
