Looking for eye cream!

I’m looking for a new eye cream, I just finished the Tatcha Silk Peony melting eye cream. It was ok. Although it felt nice and luxurious, it didn’t do anything.

I know alot of people say eye creams are not necessary bc you can basically use your facial cream under your eyes, I’m prone to milia bumps so when a cream is too thick it gives me milia but it’s ok on the rest of my face!

I’m looking for an aye cream that is gel like or serum feeling. I do not have big concerns, just a little brightness and hydration. Doesn’t have to be high end!
