Fungal or CC?

Hi im really new to Reddit but i just want to ask, is this fungal acne or just cc? ive been using the Equalberry swimming toner for about a month now and i think its working but this just dont go away. (I REALLY THINK THAT THIS IS A MIXTURE OF FUNGAL ACNE AND OPEN COMEDONAL ACNE)
