Need recommendations (RPG)

On a PS5

I loved the Dragon Age series, with Inquisition and Origins being my favorites of them (just finished Veilguard).

Assassin's Creed through the original Desmond storyline (especially the Ezio collection) are probably my favorite games ever...Shadows is preordered already.

I enjoyed Dishonored despite mostly hating FPS games. Hogwarts Legacy I thoroughly enjoyed. Was enjoying Skyrim but didn't get sucked into the storyline. Others I've enjoyed playing, but these are basically at the top of my list.

Witcher 3 and Balder's Gate 3 are both on my wish list.

Are there any other recommendations for a game to try that might be a slightly older release (ala cheaper than new games) that I might love playing through?

Not a fan of especially difficult combat, but didn't mind doing side missions and such to build up. Love, love, love free world games, story building, dialogue.
