Shein Customer Service being goofy

I ordered a bunch of things on Shein around the 5th of November. Its been in contact with the courier company and they've been helpful. They informed me however they never received my details(name, address, phone number) from shein.

When I've contacted shein or tried to ask for help I've either gotten no answer or an automated answer.

I sent message informing them about the couriers not receiving my details and asking them to send them on as I need my package and they sent: "Hi,

In order to solve your problem as soon as possible, we have assisted in submitting the refund application.

The refund application has been submitted to your original payment method. Please wait patiently.

After the refund is completed, you will receive a refund email in which you can view detailed refund arrangement information.

After the refund, if the package was delivered, we would really appreciate if you could reject the package when it arrives. Thank you for your kind understanding.🌹"

I don't want a refund, I want my package which I spent a lot on
