which rare beauty liquid blush shade looks best on cool tone skin?

i recently asked my friend for the shade "encourage" for christmas and ill be getting it tomorrow so its probably too late to ask but is that a good shade for cool toned skin? it looked cool in the pictures and people say its neutral but im pretty pale and my face leans more toward the red side so i was wondering if this would be a good idea? if not what shades are cool toned?
