Review rhinoplasty in the plus Korea

This would be my third nose surgery the other two I did many years ago when the surgery was just starting to become popular so never know well what they did but I want to correct the width of my nose the tip that is deviated and the nostrils this was what the doctor recommended to me in the plus but is osteotomy really necessary? Osteotomy scares me a little, will it be possible to achieve a stylized result without undergoing one? Thanks in advance
