Getting procedures alone

Im planning on going to Korea alone and will be staying in Gangnam for double eyelid surgery and some skin procedures. Wanted to ask if anyone's done this alone and how difficult/safe it was getting around/going shopping or sightseeing while recovering.

Also looking to see if anyone's in the same boat and want to stay in contact :)
