Normal double eyelid prices ?

Hey guys, Im trying to book a double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction and am being quoted close to 6m won by Braun and JK plastic surgery after online consultation with photos. I’m fluent in Korean as well, so i’m not sure if they’re still up charging me for being a foreigner, but is this a normal price ? Seems much higher compared to what I usually people quoting on here.
