Did I get duped by AliExpress?

So I ordered watch parts to build a mod and I was expecting to get my movement along with a dial. I got the movement and that's all fine.

But I got this thing instead of the dial.. anyone know what this is ? Also I'm not sure if the dial is inside it or not there's no way to open it. What do you guys recommend I do now ?
