Can’t find my ship titles and logbooks

I’m looking at the ship customization chest and shipwright, and can’t find any ship titles to equip nor different logbook variants, even though I’m getting popups saying my ship has earned them. Is this a glitch right now? For full info I’m sailing on my own ship pledged to my guild
