Wedding venues Bay Area

Hello! I’m looking to plan a late summer or early fall 2025 wedding. Guest count will be around 120-140, budget is around 75-85k for the entire weekend (rehearsal dinner, wedding, possibly a 3rd event for out of town guests). We want a really beautiful, intimate wedding venue. Any recs for Bay Area, Petaluma, Napa, etc? Vineyard or barn style. Thank you🙏
