Mitsuwa Prepped Food

I usually stop in around 11am to get one of their prepped food items (karrage rice, katsudon bowls, etc) Some days they have everything out and some days it’s completely empty.

Does anyone know if there’s a schedule for their kitchen or is just completely random?
