Please help me find a sample!

There is this new song by german artists 01099. It's called "Tempo". At 00:19 and repeatedly throughout the song there is a short melody that I know from somewhere else. I can't put my finger on it though. I'd say it's from an 80s pop song. Anybody know what it is?
