Best place to live in your 20s?

Some more info.. I am a single 24F currently living in fl and have been my whole life but kind of wanting a change. I’m looking for somewhere where the weather is not too extreme , if it gets cold that’s okay but i’m not a huge fan of snow. I’m also not a huge nightlife person but would like some every once in awhile because i wanna be able to make friends but i consider myself more introverted . Culture diversity would be great if possible. I enjoy nature and scenery as well as small businesses like cute coffee shops and the like. Being near a beach would be a plus but not a deal breaker. The housing market would also have to be on the affordable side. I need sunlight otherwise i’m pretty sure i’ll be depressed lol so another thing to consider. Also places with good food is preferred lol like to eat. Not opposed to moving somewhere else in fl currently live in tampa and it’s getting overly crowded and feel like im too used to it tbh. Open to out of u.s recommendations too but more interested in within the u.s
