LF 2/3/4 bed 1/2 bath for *low income* currently homeless family of three adults

Title says it all. We are open to lease takeovers or any other kind of arrangements that do not involve roommates. We have income & will have even more soon, we have money for a deposit, just cannot get set up with housing. We have been living in hotels, paying more than what rent would be somewhere. Only talking to people who comment, do not DM. Prove that you aren't a scammer & we can talk. Don't tell me to call 211. I've heard it all before already. Assume that I cannot afford luxury & want something cheap. I don't care what part of town it's in as long as it's in the greater Sacramento area.
