Unique or Unconventional and affordable small wedding venues?

I just got engaged!! I’m starting the process of finding a place for ceremony/reception. I really want something funky, unconventional or not someplace you would think of. Unfortunately so is everyone else so the affordable options are limited.

I contacted Punch Bowl Social but it’s just a bit more than I’m wanting to spend (hoping for 6,000 for drinks, food and a place. I know it’s not a lot in the wedding industry). I have about 50 people that are going to be invited but I don’t see more than 40 showing up.

Been trying to think of breweries, restaurants with cool bars, or something like that but really open to all suggestions. What do you think?!
