New to SPTarkov

Hello,

my goal is to be better in original tarkov (aiming, map knowledge, etc).

I got ingame lag spikes (I think thats when spawning scavs) and I dont know how to fix it. With mods like better performance, it runs better but the scav spawn is lesser than usual but I dont see any pmcs there.

Is there a way to get a nearly experience as in the original one?
