Been consuming raw garlic in various forms since last week, and could nt be happier!
less, bloating, better sleep and overall feeling much healthier.
garlic is proven liver detoxifier. and assists live in better health. it is also a great anti-parasitic. asimple google search confirms all of these claims.
I knew about garlic, but did nt know how n when to take it.
this was prescribed by a naturopath i met online but was co-incidently in my city and is now a friend.
this also reminds me, how my health got better some years back from IBS after consuming garlic regularly. I thought it was herbal meds that i took during that time, but no it was nt that!
it was garlic!
