How to start a 2nd GMB without getting suspended?

My business is registered with a home address. We have no real physical address, just service areas.

Whats best practice to opening a second google my business page? We have recently expanded to a different province 10hours away from our current location.

I have:
-Corporate documents with the new province but it shows the original address.
-separate staff in new service area.
-has its own phone number.
-dedicated page on website for service area.
