R36S - does it come pre loaded with games?

I really don’t know much about this device. I saw a ton of advertisements from instagram about this device but it was being advertised having all these games already downloaded and ready to go, and it was marked up to like $100. If I get it from temu for like $36 does it still come preloaded with all the games? I ask because I do not have a pc.

If it requires downloading roms from a pc to then move over to the R36S I would be out of luck.

Can anyone clear this up before I buy?
