Putting roms on my 3ds

Hey all! I recently homebrewed my 3DS, and got Twilight from Universal Updater (I've been told this is what I use to run DS games). I know my next steps are to go to the room websites like Emuparadise, etc, to get the roms to put on the SD card. However, is there a difference that I need to look out for for roms that run on a desktop emulator and which ones work on an SD for Twilight? Are they the same emulator, or is there a different file type I need to look for? Apologies if this was already asked, thank you for your time :)

Btw, the games I'm looking for are AC:WW and PMD:EoS 💜
