This small scene is such a nice reference to the legend of Parvati and Shiva in KCD

In Season 1 Ep06 of KCD, Amala learns of the legend of Sati and Shiva through Manu. When Sati was reborn as Parvati, she wanted to return to her beloved Shiva but it was difficult for her to return to him. It was only through her devotion and love that Parvati was able to be with Shiva once more. That entire legend alone holds beautiful parallels/similarities to Amala and Ratan's relationship.

Like this scene Season 3 Ep08 in particular, feels like what Parvati herself could have said to Shiva as she tried to return to him. I probably didn't explain this very well, but if you played Ratan's route you might understand what I mean. 🥹 Currently on Ratan's route, with Rage of Goddess.
