Your thoughts on kallmekris booktok drama?
It's all over tiktok even though the original video was uploaded on YouTube. (has since been taken down because of backlash)
Booktok creators have gone IN on kallmekris. Calling her misogynistic and such.
As romance readers, what are your thoughts?
Me personally, I haven't actually seen the 40 minute video of kris essentially bashing romance readers for being into taboo genres and themes because who would want to watch someone criticizing their main hobby for nearly an hour?
But I got the gist of it from multiple tiktok videos expressing their opinions on the video after they watched it and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed in kallmekris, I used to watch her skits years ago and she was funny. But that video was done in such bad taste. It's like women can't have anything if it's not perfect.
