Help with new DM

Hi I’m trying to prepare Mines of Phandelver for my friends and I’m just messing around the tokens and stuff to get used to Roll20 and I can’t figure out how to use the preplaced tokens. Like I can move them and reveal them and stuff but how do I use their actions? Like with a goblin, I’m pretty sure I should be able to click something that says “Scimitar” then the appropriate roll is made but I can’t seem to find anything like that.
