Want to play competitively, any advice?

For context ik my banner says “est. 2018” but i didn’t play competitively or take it too seriously at the time😅 i came back for the 240z i had to have it lol, because of it i started having a love for game since i play Rocket Racing competitively. I provided 4 short clips (they merged into 1 video, only one has sound). This is about my average gameplay tbfh i want to be an arial player that’s kinda why i stay in the back to make a shot, or at least a bit of both ground and air if that’s a thing? I want to actually be a front line and be able to pass the ball correctly and be able to have better ball control. I don’t know how to dribble yet but I feel like I need a quick startup guide for me to learn instead of going in blind, trying to do things I don’t even realize are actually advanced.
