Can anyone tell me any info about this Eddy Merckx bike??

This Eddy Merckx frame was given to me with a box of parts many years ago. I never took the time to put it together, and now am trying to sell it. Wondering if anyone has any more info on it. What year it looks like, model, frame size, value (of the frame and all the parts), etc. Thank you soooo much!
