Empire doesn't want to give me their psylinks

So, i decided to check out psycasters expanded and to speed up the process since i don't want to put 20 people around an anima tree, i using and exploit with the bestowing ceremony which downs the bestower, however the bestower refuses to drop their inventory.

There is no mod that which should do something like that and i really don't want to farm anima grass again.

Any idea what's causing that?
