Resume Help/Critique

Hi all - I have had the hardest time finding a job in the last year, and I believe my resume is the culprit. Would you critique it/provide any helpful tips to bring out my experience some more? I have worked primarily in academia. My current role is project manager for a major hospital. My job is to conduct epidemiology research and implement public health programs in sub-Saharan Africa and the US. It's a very interesting job, but people keep quitting and my bosses aren't hiring more people, and instead I have absorbed many projects and it's gotten to the point where I can't even sleep from the stress. I have experience in programmatic evaluation and implementation, data analysis (rand sas), supervisory experience, communication, development of key documents (SOPs, guidelines, protocols, databases, peer-reviewed journal articles). I have been applying for about a year now, and where as I have landed some roles and interviews, nothing has been the ideal job thus far or the roles have been too junior or the pay is super low. I feel that I have accumulated valuable experience, but l'm failing to showcase that in my resume. I would love to land a job as a program manager, health manager, data analyst, data manager (in the here industry). I would highly appreciate any tips, helpful criticism, or advice. Thanks!
