Intern proper etiquette question

Hey everyone just wanted to quickly ask what is the proper etiquette to introduce yourself to hospital staff and others? First name, last name or Dr.X? Wasn’t sure what is the norm so anyone can tell me I’d appreciate it. And any other things to know or do.
