Med students make my life harder

I don’t get paid extra to teach, they are extra responsibility in the OR, and constantly in and out for academic requirements, conferences,etc. yet I’m expected to teach, know where they are, and provide a good learning experience for them. I’m tired. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk
