Need Help! Just moved into a new apartment with roach infestation.

Hello! I just moved into a new apartment af the beginning of the year. My lease started 1/1/25.

While cleaning under the fridge today I foud a roach trap trap left there from the prior tenant, and it was absolutely full of roaches. The apartment is located in Philadelphia, and the lease says tenants are required to pay for any infestations.

Am I able to be forced fo pay for a preexisting infestation? I didnt see any signs of infestation during my apartment tour, and i havent even lived here for 2 weeks....

What can I do in this situation, am I just fucke
