Unable to sync BeatSource

I'm unable to sync my BeatSource account with Rekordbox. I have it ticked in Layout and in Performance mode. Not sure what else I can do? I have reinstalled the software but this has not solved the issue. I'm currently using a free trial I got with my FLX4
