I thought the Superboy Prime origin wasn't canon anymore?

Aside from this, there's also another moment from one of the New 52 books(i can't remember which one unfortunately) that subtly implies that pre flashpoint Jason also had to crawl his way out of his grave at one point.

Which is odd, considering that origin isn't supposed to be canon post 2010.
