Jitters thinking about listing

Hi all! Mainly just writing this out to process my anxiety and find community. I, like everyone and their mother, am planning to list my home to sell in the new year. (US Based). Anyone else nervous as hell to list? Not knowing what the market is going to look like makes me incredibly anxious with everything that’s currently happening and I’ve never sold a home before. (This is my first house).
